Becky and Pete opened Trimwise in 2004. More than twenty years on, they're still here every day — one writing and teaching the timetable, one running the floor.

Members who've trained side by side for years. Newcomers who were nervous on day one and now say hello to everyone. Owners on the floor who know what your PB took. It's a place people belong to — and there's always room for one more.
We understand joining a gym is just the start — and the journey has ups and downs. We're passionate about helping you change your lifestyle, and just as committed to helping you stick with it.
